These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Stratara (“the Service”), operated at strataradata.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Stratara is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide investment advice. All data, scores, indices, fair-value estimates, and other content on the Service are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.

Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any real estate asset, security, or financial instrument. Past data patterns are not indicative of future performance. Stratara makes no warranty that any market analysis is accurate, complete, or timely, and no guarantee of any investment outcome is expressed or implied.

You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and verifying all data independently before making any investment decision. Consult a licensed professional for investment advice specific to your circumstances.

Stratara aggregates data from public government sources including the U.S. Census Bureau, Bureau of Labor Statistics, FRED, FHFA, FEMA, EPA, FBI, CDC, HUD, and others as documented on the Methodology page. Data is provided as-is and subject to source revisions, publication delays, and geographic coverage limitations.

Stratara processes and presents public data but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Fields may be blank where source data is unavailable or suppressed — we do not fabricate or interpolate missing values.

Accounts are for individual use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing credentials or attempting to circumvent tier-based access controls is prohibited and may result in account termination.

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; paid-tier access continues through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods except at our sole discretion for documented service failures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or use the Service in ways that harm other users or the platform.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service’s data in ways that circumvent API rate limits or tier restrictions
• Reproduce or redistribute Stratara’s composite scores, indices, or derived analyses as your own product without written permission
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Service’s source code or underlying infrastructure
• Impersonate Stratara or its team in any communications

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRATARA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF STRATARA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

STRATARA’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of applicable jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
