When you create an account we collect your email address, a hashed password (never stored in plaintext), and your subscription tier. This information is stored in Supabase and used solely to authenticate you and deliver the service.
We use PostHog to collect anonymous product analytics — page views, feature interactions, and session counts. PostHog does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. IP addresses are not stored. We do not sell or share analytics data with any third party.
When you subscribe, payment is processed by Stripe. Stratara does not store your full card number — only a Stripe customer ID, the last four digits of your card, and your subscription status. Stripe’s own privacy policy governs payment data.
Vercel, our hosting provider, retains standard web server logs (IP address, browser, request path, timestamp) for a limited period for security and debugging purposes. This data is not linked to your Stratara account.

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active plus a reasonable period for legal and billing compliance (typically 7 years for financial records). Anonymous analytics data has no personal identifier attached and is retained indefinitely.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing hello@strataradata.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that billing records required for legal compliance may be retained even after account deletion.
California residents may have additional rights under CCPA. EU/UK residents may have rights under GDPR/UK GDPR. Contact us to exercise these rights; we handle each request individually.
Stratara uses strictly necessary cookies for session authentication (Supabase auth tokens) and PostHog’s first-party anonymous analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or retargeting cookies. No cookie banner is shown because no non-essential cookies are set without your prior action (signing in).
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users before they take effect. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of Stratara after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
